Exposition buildings advance in Atlan ta as readers learn from dispatches. A long reminiscence outlines Dooley county political maneuvers with Dr. S. B. Stovall, Capt. Williams, and Gen. Cook, plus a proposed repeal of the 1890 91 road law and a pledge to maintain the old system in 1895.
