Georgia Dooly County probate notice states four lots in Unadilla town block 24 numbers 134 136 128 and 166 will be sold at court house door on the first Tuesday in May to perfect titles. Property of the estate of Alexander Borum deceased. April 1 1895. L A Borum Executor.
Tax sales in Dooly County Georgia set for the first Tuesday in May at the courthouse. Two parcels drawn by tax liens for 1894: Lot 78 in the 10th district containing 202 acres and Lot 19 in the 10th district containing 2024 acres, both levied on as estate properties of Margin Lane and Jas A Lane, respectively. Levy by Deputy Sheriff G W Sheppard and sheriff J W Roberts notes.

Provides cost estimates and ready-made medicines, with a Christmas order incentive and references to local contacts.
A series of letters from Dallas Texas dated 1893 to 1895 praise a cholera remedy and express interest in state and county rights. Letters from J W Harper report rapid sales and requests for state rights. One note mentions offerings for Kansas rights and another references unconfirmed sales and agent expansion.
The town of Vienna Georgia schedules an April 10 1895 election at the court house to decide on establishing and maintaining public schools under an 1894 act. Items include one six roller matcher and planer, one set of Shimer floor heads and square side head knives, five plainer knives and five leather belts. Dowly County Court of Ordinary sitting for county purposes on March 27 1895 appoints J B Whitehead as General Superintendent of the Public Roads. He is authorized to collect and receipt officially for the Commutation Tax from those subject to road duty for year 1895 under the General Road Law Acts of 1890 91 page 135.
