Notices in Dooly County announce A Ho Singletary seeking letters of administration de bonis non cum testa on Ros9 Inte deceased with heirs and creditors summoned for October term. O S Power and D M Bowen ask for license to sell portions of property to pay debts and divide estate for Malachia Bowen with sale to proceed at next October term.
Notice of election to issue five thousand dollars in bonds for building and equipping a school house in Byromville Georgia to bear 6 percent interest with annual interest and thirty year maturity. Election rules set by mayor and council with a three member bond commission and voter eligibility.
Notice that the firm of Taylor Bros. & Ridley Parniture Company dissolves with Taylor Bros. selling their interest to L. F. Ridley. Ridley Furniture Co. will continue the business and pay all debts of the firm. All notes and accounts due to the firm are payable to Ridley Furniture Co. Dated September 3, 1908 at B.

Powell. sale set for first Tuesday in October 1908. Also administrator appointment for Mra N C Peavey and various court actions in Dooly County Georgia with dates in September and October 1908 and guardianship and homestead exemption notices.
Georgia 1908 proposed constitutional amendment expands voter eligibility and sets strict registration rules. It details residency and tax requirements, wartime service and other qualifications, and outlines appeals, primary participation limits, and the ratification process to be voted on October 7, 1908.
Whereas Wm M McDonald administrator on the estate of John McDonald late of said county deceased applied to sell all lands belonging to said estate. Under an order of the Court of Ordinary the executrix Ella Peavy will sell at public outcry at the courthouse door in the county in October 1909 all lands of Charlie Peavy deceased. The Harris Jenkins Lucy Gurr Smith Charlie Nealy farms include two and three horse farms with stock and crops. Rentals require notes with security.
