In Dooly County at legal hours for sale the property will be offered to the highest bidder for cash on the first Tuesday in December 1908. It includes 250 Cypress cross ties and pine cross ties on the G and F Railway right of way at Pinehurst Georgia. The sale arises from Siborer’s liens and attachments in favor of Lom Lang Paul Wimberly and Tillman Walker against Henry McWilliams, with execution returnable to the City Court of Vienna.
