Legal notices from Dooly County Georgia advertise the sale of lands from the estates of Dollie Crumpler and Lenna L Moore to pay debts and heirs. Also petitions for guardianship and administration for Samuel Fudge and Edith Taylor, plus a road establishment order pending before the court.
Public notices warn that an order may be granted on the first Tuesday in April establishing two new roads commissionered by J os Burns chairman. One route begins at Ella Peavy’s lane near Unadilla and runs north to the Dooly Houston line about two miles. the second runs from Emrich Ga inward county southeast through land lots to a Snow Unadilla road about two and a half miles.
Tax sales scheduled at the courthouse on the first Tuesday in April 1903 for properties in Dooly County Georgia. Listings include 75 acres from Lot 20 in the 6th district belonging to W O Fields, a house and two acres in Drayton the Earnest Mumford property, 10 14 acres of land comprising the cast half of Lot 99, and the west half of Lot 222 in the 7th district. Collections to satisfy tax liens for 1907 are cited with respective tax commissioners and local levies enforced.
The court authorizes a sheriff sale advertising multiple tax and fi fa levies. Properties include one acre of land off the N W quarter of lot 8 in the 7th district and a house and lot in Vienna Georgia bounded by Pine Street Rich Jackson Cemetery Street and a creek. Also the south half of lot 63 in the 6th district, all to satisfy tax and city court fi f es. Levin by T L Powell L C and overseen by Sheriff C J Bennett.
E R Kirkland and Son announce a new blacksmith and repair shop in the building west of I S Lasseter's warehouse Vienna Georgia. They offer repairs on carriages buggies wagons and farm implements and solicit local work. Dated January 19 1908.
D. B. Thompson invites farmers to buy Armour's High le Guano and Acid with stock available until June 1st. He encourages consideration of Armour products that aid fertilizers.
