Ordinance Restricts Trespass On Vienna Water Tower Premises
The city council of Vienna Georgia-Dooly County enacts penalties for trespass on water tower premises and interference with fixtures ladders and apparatus. The ordinance includes enforcement under Article 1 Section 1 and repeals conflicting laws. Passed May 4 1908 by Mayor B F Forbes with Clerk J A Walden.
