Vienna City Ordinance Prohibits Trespass on Water Tower
The Vienna city council enacts that after May 4 1908 trespass on the water tower premises or the tower itself is unlawful and interference with fixtures ladders or connections is forbidden. Violators face penalties per Article 1 Section 19 of the city code. The ordinance repeals conflicting laws and was signed by Mayor B F Forbes with Clerk J A Walden.
