Superior Court Opens February Term in Dooly County
The February March term of Dooly superior court convened Monday at 9 o'clock in this city. Bailiffs and jurors took oath administered by Solicitor F A Hooper. The grand jury elected as foreman G Groor of Cordele, Simon Royal of Arabi named clerk, and T P Collier of this city bailiff. Judge A Littlejohn then gave a 45 minute charge on code sections, delivered in a clear forceful manner without sensationalism, and praised as a very able address.
