Narrow Escape at Fullington Sawmill
Ben Hill Fullington narrowly escaped being cut to pieces yesterday morning at the Fullington Bros sawmill east of the city. While filing the saw, the steam was turned on and he was caught on a leg, pitched over his body, then freed before severe injury. He was brought here for treatment. a deep gash on his leg was sewed by Dr. Bivins and his recovery may take about eight weeks.
