Hawkinsville Tragedy After Army Rejection
C C Horne a well known Hawkinsville resident killed himself with a pistol today after being turned down for army service. He had health problems but recently tried to enlist and failed to meet standards. He shot himself in his father's back yard. Survived by parents two sisters and a brother.
