Bound Over Mose Hill in Assault Case at Pinehurst

Mose Hill was bound over by the Pinehurst Justice of the Peace on a 150 dollar bond for assault with intent to commit rape on a negro girl near Pinehurst. Death of Mrs W T Cox Near Vienna After Brief Illness

Mrs W T Cox of the Vienna area died Saturday after a five day illness described as bilious fever. The widow of a husband and mother of five, she was a consecrated Methodist and daughter of Mr and Mrs R B Lane. Her funeral was held Sunday at Lane cemetery with Rev W A Conner officiating before a large crowd.
