The recipe printed lists four pounds vertebrae meat, two pounds pork ham, greens, eggs, sweet pickles, olives, cheese, hard boiled eggs and assorted condiments. The dish is molded in pepper rings, chilled overnight, and served on lettuce leaves to yield twelve portions.
