The Guyer Trisler Oil Company is forming in the northeast county with 500 acres on the Gayer and Trisler farms in the Waggoner Colony along Red River. Subscriptions opened for 65 000 capital stock with ranges from 100 to 1 000 dollars and by last night only 15 000 remained unsold. Drilling will begin by August 8 at a depth of 2 500 feet if profitable finds are not made sooner.
