Vernonites seal $200000 oil deal on Hirsche land

The Bradley Oil Company and partners purchase seven sixteenths interests in the John Hirsche tract on Eugene Keltz land for 200000. Purchasers R M Waggoner FLW Weeks L J Bryan and the Bradleys will drill 1 well and build a casing head plant to separate gasoline from natural gas on 166 acres in Section 534 John Hirsche lands 14 miles northeast of Alectra. The deal leaves Murchison and Pigg with a one third joint stake and Keltz with a tenth. Welta receives 20000 cash to settle a claim. The gas flow is reported heavy.
