Why mules A FOREST COC CAM FOR ASHLEY VALLEY

Ashley Valley borders Ashley National Forest and several CCC camps have been kept nearby but no camp is located in the area yet. Dry Fork canyon has been proposed as a logical site with a connecting road to Red Cloud to complete forest highway networks. Sheep Creek camp near Manila will be disbanded soon and no new location has been designated though efforts are underway. Vernal is urged to petition for a camp at Dry Fork or another suitable nearby location for timely action.
