Proof to establish claim to the land will be presented before the Register at Vernal Utah on or before October 5 19 27.

The State Engineer's Office in Salt Lake City Utah announces that Thos D Meriwether of Manila Utah applied under Utah law to appropriate 45 cubic feet per second of water from Eagle Lake and Skull Creeks in Daggett County.
