Salt Lake City, Oct. 7. Another survey of the Uintah Basin by the Burlington railroad is to be made, state capitol reports say. Road funds diverted from Uintah county project 10 B
The Uintah county road program for project No 10 B faces delays as the Verest Fort Duchesne road is moved to the 1923 program. The 95 044.97 from the 1921 appropriation will be withdrawn. Fire at the William Merkley residence was stopped by rapid department action. The blaze, likely starting in the kitchen flue or an adjusting room, damaged two rooms. Water damage affected the same areas. The contents and building are insured.
