Hacking seeks 1.6 cfs from Ashley River for 327 acres. a third seeks 0.5 cfs from a spring for stock water. Protests due within 30 days after publication.
The notice lists multiple water users including David O Mackay and Peter C Wall applying under Utah laws of 1907 1909 to appropriate between 5 and 114 cubic feet per second from Uintah County water sources. Diversion points and canal routes are given with sections townships ranges and dates for irrigation stock domestic use and year round access. State Engineers Office Salt Lake City publishes two notices of water rights. Adolpha Sessions applies to divert 244 cubic feet per second from Uintah river for irrigation on 160 acres and domestic use year round. G Wall applies for 0.1 cubic foot per second from a Uintah spring for stock watering, with diversion near Section 26 Township 3 north Range 18 east. Protests must be filed within 30 days.

Caleb Tanner records a 1909 Utah filing by Lorviers Office Mana Utah seeking to appropriate one fortieth cubic foot per second from an unnamed spring in Uintah County. The plan includes a dam and pipe to divert water for a year from January 1 to December 31. Public notice seeks completion of publication and related legal steps.
State Engineer's office announces Peter G Walt of Manila Utah filed to appropriate five tenths cubic foot per second from an untrained spring in Uintah County. Water will be diverted by pipe and conveyed twenty feet for year round use January 1 to December 31. Protests must be filed by the date shown.
State Engineers Office Salt Lake City Utah gives notice that Peter Mann Utah has filed to appropriate 0.26 second feet of water from a spring in Uintah county for stock water use. The spring location is described by a survey bearing and distance from Section 14 Township 3 north range 18 east. The water is to be diverted by dam and pipe to convey for stock use from January 1 to December 31 each year. Publication dates October 13 1909 and November 13 1909.
State Engineer's Office records Wilson Lett of Vernal Utah applying under Utah law to divert 244 Duchesne river water for irrigation of 1725 acres in Section 11 and 4 South 2 East Uintah base meridian. Location point given. proposed use April 1 to December 1 annually. Public protests invited.

Keith Smith of Linwood Utah applies under the 1909 Session Laws to divert 1/6 cubic foot per second of water from an unnamed spring in Salt Lake County to irrigate 6 acres in Section 23 Township 38 North Range 23 East. The intake is near the Sec 23 corner, with a 1000 foot ditch, use from April 14 to December 1 each year. Protests must be filed within 30 days of publication.
