Few Drivers Comply With Testing Law
Two thirds of the inspection period have passed and only about a quarter of the state’s vehicles have been inspected. District Judge George Christen of Pike sentenced Titeman B Forbes 28 of North York Idaho to an indeterminate term at the state penitentiary from one to ten years for larceny of a horn and saddle belonging to Nile Ainge of Jensen.
