Power Company Seeks Belief From SEC Dissolution Orders
A brief from the Power Company argues the SEC must honor dissolution orders and criticizes the commission for neglecting the rights of 24,000 public stockholders of Electric Power and Light. It contends the holding company plan would reorganize and interlink with SEC oversight, claiming the present system began as local, unreliable service and improved under current structure.
