Funeral Held At Lapoint For Mrs Springer
Funeral services were held in Lapoint for Mary Etta Davis Springer 52 died Saturday evening at Roosevelt Hospital from a heart ailment. The service included prayers by Clair Haslem and remarks by Bishop Floyd Angus with speakers Bishop Leroy Morrill and Bishop Orlan Cook. Burial followed in Lapoint Cemetery. pallbearers included Don, Victor, Martin, Charles, Leroy Davis, and David Jenkins. Survived by husband Roy, five daughters, two sisters, two brothers, and many grandchildren. Born January 6, 1909 in Roosevelt to William and Annie Long Davis. married Roy Springer January 9, 1929 in Duchesne. Member of LDS Church.
