The plan, originally approved May 15, 18xx, changes the diversion point and specifies a 6,030 foot earthen channel to land parcels in Township 1 south Range 1 west. State engineer announces Enos Jenson of Se2nul Utah has filed to appropri ate one half cubic foot per second of Walter from Windspring Utah for domestic use. The project diverts from a point in section 21 near the north bank of the Lake Bonneville base for 1400 feet, within Canal 01, township 1 north range 24 east Salt Lake base and meridian. Protest must be by affidavit with specifics of loss and damage.
