Nelson Reappointed as Temporary Fourth District Judge

Joseph E. Nelson of Spanish Fork was named temporary Fourth district Judge by Gov. J Bracken Lee. The appointment runs until June 30 1951 under a new law adding judges for the Fourth and Second districts pending redistricting. Nelson, former Fourth district judge and Uintah basin figure, was unsuccessful for reelection in 1948 and has twice led the Utah State Bar.
