Suspect Held in Sheep Camp Theft Near Utah Colorado Line
Garland Ray Boyd is held in Meeker Colorado by Rio Blanco county court's department pending investigation of a camp robbery near the Utah Colorado line. The property belonged to an unidentified sheep herder.
