UBIC Sanitary Project to Begin at Basin Convention

153 Scouts at Trout Creek Encampment

Art Tomilson 27, of Willow Creek was brought to Vernal after his horse threw him and rolled, fracturing his left femur. An X ray showed a fracture below the hip and he was taken to Salt Lake City for hospitalization due to Vernal’s lack of adequate medical equipment.
