Utah Fish and Game Commission Sets 1953 Angling Plan
Utah Fish and Game Commission held a special meeting to set the 1953 angling proclamation plus funding for a predator control program. Commissioners discussed early season opening, trash fish seining, prison labor for fish seining, and recommended reappointing Director J Perry Egan. They rejected road costs for a Willard Bay access road and congratulated Dick Goodworth for a Silver Beaver award. Public comments urged range of recommendations to the Fisheries Division by February 25.
