Maeser Mother Mrs Ab Price Dies After Long Illness
Mrs Ab Price of Maeser, known as Maeser Mother, died Thursday after three years of illness. Funeral services were held Monday at the Maeser ward chapel with Bishop Lester Bingham presiding. She had lived in Maeser since 1911 and served in multiple church roles. she was born September 24, 1890 in Kamas Utah. Burial followed at Maeser cemetery, with a large escort of relatives and friends attending.

Former County Commissioner Buried Sunday
Former county commissioner William Ete Fletcher 69 prominent stockman and civic leader died after a yearlong illness. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Vershal Second ward chapel with Bishop John B Eaton presiding. Speakers praised his integrity and home life. active pallbearers included his four sons and two sons in law, with honorary pallbearers from professional and business circles.

Infant Glen Amil Sundquist died after a nine week illness from an ear infection, an abscess on the brain. Born April 23, 1935, son of Mr and Mrs Emil G Sundquist, he is survived by three brothers Alya Hatch Eugene Karl and Kate Lloyd and a sister Joyce. Funeral at Vernal First Ward chapel with Bishop Calder presiding. Burial in Vernal City Cemetery by Swain Funeral Home.

Amateur Night Draws Large Crowd at VHS Event
