Estimated 673 M feet Ponderosa pine plus live and recently dead timber. Minimum bid 580 per M feet with appraisal 230 stumpage and deposits 200 sale area and 150 slash disposal. The Soil Bank Conservation Reserve offers farmers and cooperators incentives to retire cropland for long term soil water forestry and wildlife protection.
