The county bought a Caterpillar tractor and hydraulic grader from International Harvester to rebuild main roads and hillside routes. The outfit, costing about 10 000 dollars, is intended for WPA projects and routine county road work. Ray Richens dies after illness in Vernal Utah
Ray Richens died of a heart attack early Thursday after about ten days of illness. Born November 27 1887 in Vernal to Abner and Fannie Richens he married Pearl Nielsen in December 1910. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 0 in the Gillies ward chapel with Bishop John B Raton directing.
