Blue Bird Class Entertains Mothers in Primary
The Blue Bird class in Pri mary with teacher Mrs Norma McLean entertained the girls mothers Monday afternoon in the Relief Society room. Each girl spoke on her work and refreshments with a Christmas theme followed. Gifts made by the girls were given to mothers and an award for the girls handle was presented by Ada Openshaw to Aloma Richardson Linda Brewer Leah Bowden Linda Pope Connie Cook and Ora Southam. Mrs McLean gave a gift to her class. Shirley A Prices attended a meeting in Duchesne on the LDS sports program. Ray Nash spent time in Salt Lake City. The Fuller Merrells of Salt Lake City visit their children here. The Lyle Gibson family will spend holidays in Las Vegas and Hurricane. Home for Christmas are Lee and Bill Walker from USAC at Logan and Vin Manwaring and Karl Pope from BYU. Mr and Mrs Duane Beck welcomed a boy girl born Tuesday at Uintah County Hospital. The Fred Reynolds care for the Decks two other children during Mrs Becks hospital stay. Grace and Este Mannsring visited Salt Lake.

White Rocks Mills Baby Buried At White Rocks
The thle daughter of Mrs. Ethel Mills died of pneumonia Saturday and the funeral was held Tuesday at the Episcopal church. Burial was in the White Rocks cemetery. Mrs Ora Ellingford went to Roosevelt Sunday to help care for her little new grandson a few days. Matilda Moosman visited her daughter, Mrs. Fontella Taylor in Lapoint three days last week.
