More than half a million dollars was paid to Uintah basin alfalfa seed growers this year as a return on only 6 percent of eligible land. Boy Killed by Truck Near Old Campground

At an inquest justice J W Hammond cleared driver George Sherman, who said he did not see the boy and was told the child chased the vehicle. Survived by parents Mr. and Mrs. Slender and two sisters Ada and Nellie. The funeral was from J E Flynn mortuary.
