Uintah County grants gas franchise to Ray Phobus and Paul Stock
The Uintah County Commission approves a twenty five year franchise for Ray Phobus of Thermopolis Wyoming and Paul Stock of Cody Wyoming to construct operate and maintain gas pipelines mains laterals and related facilities along US 49 and roads in Uintah County Utah.
