United States Land Office in Vernal Utah announces that Toreph Rhomp of Vernal Uintah county Utah has filed a notice of intention to make proof on desert land claim No SUOU for unsiues eyed NW14AL54 and SWH Bee 20 T BH R2sh 9 EF WM before the Register and Receiver on May 12 1908. The witnesses listed to prove complete irrigation and reclamation are Edward Thompson Watson Thompson Red Gerber and William Whitbeck all of Vernal Utah.
Notice lists Josiah Nimma Narden of Utah filing final commutation proof for Homestead Entry No 1612 in township 1N range 1W, with witnesses George Q Afte and others. Proof set before Register at Vernal Utah on May 1008. Names witnesses connected to Whiterocks and nearby residents.

Notice is given that George Baird of Vernal Utah filed an application to appropriate two and a half cubic feet per second from Lake Fork Creek branch of Green River to irrigate 160 acres in Sections 20 and 21, Township 3 south Range 3 west Uintah base and meridian. Water will be diverted at a point 416 feet from the north quarter corner and conveyed 19 200 feet without canal, for irrigation from April 20 to October 20 and for year round domestic use. Protests must be filed within thirty days after publication.
