Uintah High School transformed its gym into a castle for the Junior Prom and Post-Prom held Friday and Saturday evenings. A pep assembly featured aspirants for next year’s cheerleader posts including Eileen Searle Donetta Brown Claudis Adamson Sue Parkinson and others. A youth conference at Union High discussed problems facing youths with Uintah students participating.

The Watchtower Society announced a Utah Circuit No 1 convention at Provo Central Junior High School from April 28 to 30. Over 700 delegates are expected for a three day Bible refresher with 17 congregations across Utah Nevada and Wyoming. Henry Blaser notes circuit boundaries were reduced since February 1, reducing attendance compared with prior conventions.
