Uintah County Forest Tree Planting Totals 3800
Uintah County has planted about 3800 small forest trees on farms over six years for windbreaks and wood lots. Siberian elm, Russian olive, black locust and honey locust lead the species with a Logan college nursery supplying stock at roughly $2 per hundred including shipping.
