Uintah County reports 34 510 35 in public assistance grants to old age dependent children blind disabled unemployable and employable recipients. Foster home care for children and aid to traveling transients also funded. Medical program begun in July 1987 provides drugs surgery hospitalization eye care dental care and doctor services. The PSC ruled Hatch needed no extra grant allowing a trucker to haul phosphorite concentrates from San Francisco Chemical Co to the Gar a plant near Varnal. Four expert witnesses testified about the nature of the concentrates while four other truckers protested. An English course set at BYU will start April 9 at 7:30 p.m. in Room 2 of Uintah High School, offering three college credits for a ten week session with a $22.40 fee. contact Nicodas T.
