District No 8 Grazing Rules Adopted for Utah Range

The Advisory Board of District No 8 adopts general grazing rules under the Taylor Grazing Act to stabilize livestock, set licenses by six month use, establish priority dates to 1930, and limit leases, with a range of 8 acres per cow month for 1936, seasonal divisions May 1 to November 1 and November 1 to May 1, and exclusive use restrictions. The plan creates an executive committee, lays out assessments, and defines temporary allotments, licenses, and penalties with unit grazing restrictions and per-day forage charges.
