Toledo Post Reports Fight Over Credit for Cigars

A Fr Wayne man bought $85 in cigars on credit from D Malony, a Toledo area cigar maker. He sold his Delphos hotel and came to Toledo to settle, but refused to pay despite carrying $3,700. Malony chased him to Union Depot, but the man eluded him and left the city by 8 pm. Malony vowed to pursue the matter, claiming the incident tested public peace.
