The trustees Kinie of the Village and DePuy trust are named, with a ground of action tied to land and an acre description. Creditors must appear February 25 to set aside said conveyance and furnish undertakings.

In Van Wert County Ohio on January 1 1898 PEAR FRIELDS with unknown residence is notified that Noah F Snyder Sarah Miller and Edwin S Zinn filed a petition in the Court of Common Pleas to correct a deed description. The suit involves William Flick and Mary Flick now deceased, their heirs including Edgar Eggelds, and a feud over land described as part of a section township and range. The plaintiffs seek decree to correct the erroneous description and require defendants to aver or plead by March.
Notice to all concerned that the firm of John Strandler & Co was dissolved January 1, 1893. Mr John Strandler will continue the business and pay all debts while collecting all claims due the firm. Debtors should settle promptly. all accounts and notes due will be pursued for collection.
