Wapakoneta Road Builder Dies at 52
Ford L. Howell, 52, prominent road builder and business man of Wapakoneta, died at his home Monday. Funeral services scheduled for Wednesday. The city also mourns the death of J. H. Harvey, 66, assistant secretary of the Wapakoneta branch of the City Loan and Savings company, who died Sunday.
