Patriotic Sunday At Methodist Church Honors Red Cross
Patriotic address by Rev. J. O. Campbell followed a Red Cross drive during the Methodist Sunday school program. Members joined the Red Cross, aiming to raise 100000 dollars, with about fifteen new members and a five dollar free will offering. Martha M. Boller Dies at 56 After Illness
Martha M. Boller 56, wife of Reuben Boller, died Wednesday afternoon at the southwest home. Heart trouble caused her death. A prominent Antioch church member, she is survived by her husband, son Lee Boller, daughter Nora Boller, and several brothers and sisters. Funeral services were held at Antioch M P church Saturday morning.

The Edwards-Wilson company brings a week long engagement to the big tent starting Monday July 9 in Van Buren. Reports from Warren say the show is better than ever with all new plays and specialties. Opening play His Father's Sin is a four act comedy drama by Henrietta Wilson Edwards. Prices are 15 cents for children and 25 cents for adults with a free admission for a lady on Monday night with each 25 cent ticket.

Harry Roland Dead After Illness at County Infirmary
Harry Roland longtime resident of this section died last Wednesday at the county infirmary after four weeks of ill health. He formerly ran a second hand store here and recently lived on the Alf Haines farm. Burial was in the infirmary cemetery.
