Voters eligible for the March primary must meet party voting records or affidavit rules. The annual directors meeting saw all old officers re-elected led by President John J. Howard and Vice President W C Booz. Cashier E S Howard and Assistant Cashier Guy Duckwall also retained roles as directors praised rising deposits, stronger surplus, profits and dividends.
