Watchman Sought at Clover Leaf Crossing in Van Buren
At a Booster Club meeting last Thursday a resolution urged the town board to compel Clover Leaf to place a watchman at the dangerous North First street crossing where George Roberts narrowly escaped harm last week. The town board discussed the issue Friday night and decided the railroad should install a watchman and be notified.
