Last week Brookfield division of the Burlington faced two train wrecks. At 7 50 Wednesday morning a head end collision near Shelbins wrecked engines and track, delaying traffic for hours. Twelve hours later at Breckenridge boiler explosion killed three men and injured two, demolishing five cars and five hundred feet of track.
