Lakota mock election yields surprising landslide winner
In Lakota last week the mock election crowned Ford Thomas N Kindness as top vote getter with 183 percent, beating Ford and Carter trails. Carter won 26 percent of registered voters while 62 percent queued to vote. McCarthy earned 3 percent, two write ins honored for Lester Maddox, and Taft led Senate race with 60 percent amid ongoing counts.
