A carded web of cotton fibers is held together with light application of invisible plastic and the resulting product looks and feels like soft flannel. Noyo Port District Granted Temporary County Loan
The Noyo port district directors won county board approval last Friday for a temporary loan of 1500 dollars. District Attorney James Busch advised the board that the loan is legally permissible while the port district secures a 40 thousand dollar return on its 4 million dollar assessed value under a 10 cent maximum rate after next July.
