Funeral services for Mark W. Howard
Mark Wil lam Howard 62 died Tuesday in Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Services Friday at 10 a m from Eversole Mortuary with burial on the old Howard ranch. Born July 24 1893 he was a Ukiah native and longtime resident who farmed and later drove for Ford Concrete and Gravel. Survivors include his son Tommy Howard of Ukiah and many nieces nephews and cousins in the area.

Mrs. Lambert, born October 20 1898 in Ukiah, dies. Funeral from Zimmerman Mortuary Sunday August 21 at 1 p m with burial in Ukiah cemetery. She was married to James Lambert who died in 1951. She belonged to Ukiah Circle Ancient Order of Druids. Her father Joseph Burnham crossed the continent and joined the Donner party era group, settling in Bennett Valley in 1853. Burial arrangements completed.
