Ukiah youth is held in Salinas on a kidnap charge involving Linda Brockett 21. Jacobsen 19 faces additional drug counts with bail set at 1250 for kidnapping and 10000 for drugs. He was captured after attempting abduction at Linda Brockett home in Carmel. Brockett, pregnant, was not injured.
