End to bitter feud eyed as arbitration opens in sports row

Olympic Trials Set for Los Angeles Long Beach Area

The 1968 U S Olympic trials in 11 events will be held in the Los Angeles Long Beach area between July and September this year. The U S Olympic Committee announced Champ, Missouri as the United States candidate for the 1971 Pan American Games and said Champ will bid before the Pan American Sports Organization on July 19.

Ukiah high school varsity golfers dominated Napa Montgomery at Vallejo Municipal Course with 12-3. Kenny Banker earned medalist honors at 74 while Jan Jakovac and Jimmy Strong posted 3-0 wins.
