Nixon calls Kennedy a puppet lacking authentic leadership
Dick Nixon in a magazine interview argues Kennedy echoes speechwriters and lacks deeply held beliefs. He praises Sorensen as a writer who can sublimate style to intellect, while labeling himself and Kennedy as eggheads and criticizing Republicans for an anti intellectual image.
